These services are including: Preventive maintenance, onsite troubleshooting, phone and email support, remote online support (TeamViewer or similar).

Applications and process

Sincotron application engineers can provide different levels of application and process support to our valued customers. This can be for example program creation for Viscom optical and X-ray inspection and Spea testers and optimization of existing programs.

For the process support we can offer for example oven profiling service for all reflow ovens and throughput calculations and simulations with help of our suppliers in the case of new investments. This helps customers choose right machines to their production needs.


Sincotron can offer onsite trainings regarding customer needs. Customer can choose among different training levels and objectives: Operator, programming, maintenance, advanced programming and advanced maintenance. It is also possible to plan special trainings according customer requests. Our suppliers also offer wide range of trainings for operators, programmers and maintenance personnel. These trainings are mainly held in supplier premises but also onsite trainings are possible upon agreement.

Spare parts

Our company offers full spare part service for machines we represent. This service includes order processing and delivery either from our stock in Estonia or from our suppliers. We have also long experience to find parts for old machine versions which are already obsolete.
